South of Ilulissat there is a settlement called Ilimanaq / Claushavn. This is also just south of the Kangia Icefiord that is on the Unesco heritage site.

To get to Ilimanaq we first need to sail past all the big icebergs that covers the whole tour. It is a beautiful cruise of appx 45 minutes, depending on the ice, wind and weather in general.

Once we are in Ilimanaq, our captain and guide will walk with you in the settlement and tell you of life here, and the history of the area.
